Inter Aliae Consultancy has a broad foundation in both North-Western Europe as well as in Central-Eastern Europe. This foundation consists of a broad professional circle in the supply chain- and manufacturing networks of the greater Benelux area and Germany, as well as in the wide manufacturing environment of Hungary and its neighbours.
The company name is based on the notion that in today's world, we're all amongst others and other factors.
Born in 1980 in the city of Dordrecht, Netherlands, Pieter de Jong obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2004 from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
After this Pieter started a career that lead to various places and positions in Supply Chain Management for both smaller companies as well as large multinationals.
In 2019 Pieter had the opportunity to be involved in transferring a full production environment from Western Europe into an existing environment in Hungary. Later Pieter also took part in a production transfer from Hungary into the UK, after Brexit.
During these various positions and projects in his career, Pieter developed a solid set of hard- and soft skills, and a fondness for data-analysis. "Eventually, all discussions or decisions should be based on data and data alone", is his strong belief.
After spending a few initial months in Budapest, he fell in love with the city and made a choice to stay. Fom Hungary, Pieter obtained a business licence in the UAE, and founded Inter Aliae Consultancy FZCO. Budapest still is the home base for Pieter, and Inter Aliae Consultancy FZCO is mainly operated from there, apart from Dubai.
